mixed feelings on location and service
clean room big room rude staff front desk staff
the room was clean and big , something i appreciate.
the staff seemed quite unhelpful , especially one male staff member at the front desk. i found his manner quite rude , definitely not what i expect when i am a guest.

The room size was excellent. It offered ample space, approximately 34-35 sqm. Traffic sounds were surprisingly minimal despite the central location. Good restaurants and the Ubahn were within a short walk.
The air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently. The shower had some black mold on the grout. I found the walk to the underground a bit lengthy..

clean room large room varied breakfast faulty ac missing screen bad pillows
i needed a clean room and this hotel provided that. the room i stayed in was large. breakfast was also very good with a varied selection.
the ac was not working in the hotel. we had to open a window and use a fan in the room. there was no screen on the window. the pillows were not good.

the staff offered really good service throughout my stay. the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.. i found the room to be quite spacious. i especially appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the premises.
i did notice a slightly limited selection of english-language channels on the television.

quiet room breakfast buffet professional staff
Our room was big and quiet. I appreciated the balcony. The breakfast buffet had many good options. The staff members were helpful and professional.
The AC made some weird noises during the night.

Checkpoint Charlie is just around the corner. The U6-U2 stop Stadtmitte is a short walk. Many restaurants and gathering places are also nearby. The location proved perfect for my stay.
